Dear MedTrainer Customers,

All of us are truly facing a unique and unprecedented situation in our local communities, the United States and Globally throughout the world. As the pandemic continues and we all prepare our families, friends and businesses for change during this time I wanted to take a moment to reach out and update you on how MedTrainer is staying strong and how we are helping to assist not only our customers but the global community.

Our best wishes go out to all those affected by the COVID-19 virus and we wish speedy recover to all those who are sick and those who may contract the virus in the future. We are hopeful that the tireless efforts of the brave frontline and backline healthcare communities will allow us to flatten the curve and sprint for a recovery. We are thankful to everyone within the healthcare industry for helping to provide care and solutions.

Many organizations have moved to working from home or limiting office staff to critical levels only. Here at MedTrainer we are taking the same approach at our domestic and international offices where we can. We have an amazing team here at MedTrainer with over 200 people supporting over 15,000 healthcare locations in North America and the safety of our staff and our customer’s staff are a first priority for us. We urge you to reach out to your account managers if you have questions, concerns, or ideas on how we can work together to best support your needs. Having staff properly aligned and educated on safety and health issues can reduce exposure and help us reach a quicker resolution of the pandemic.

We also want to ensure that current and relevant training resources that are available for those in healthcare facilities during this crisis. We have added the following new courses; COVID-19 and other Coronaviruses, Respiratory Hygiene, Hand Hygiene and Infection Control, and the Principles of Environmental Cleaning. These courses are currently available in the MedTrainer Learning Library and are ready to be assigned to your staff. Additional courses will be added to help with the training and compliance to provide consistent messaging on important compliance and infection control issues and requirements.

Finally, on a local, national and international basis we continue to support our communities through philanthropic efforts focused on relief, public safety and healthcare initiatives. With communities coming together and assisting each other during this time we can bring support where needed and change outcomes.
