Customer Service Training for Medical Collections
This course provides training for successfully negotiating with customers to collect medical debts. Learners will be instructed in setting up goals and practicing a few core competencies to make negotiations for collection of past due accounts a positive and rewarding experience. The course also includes scenario-based learning, which supplies learners with a variety of responses to 15 possible objections to debt payment.

This course is intended to teach individuals and investigators involved in the design or conduct of human subject research to understand their obligations to protect the rights and welfare of subjects in research. This course covers the goals and principles of human Subjects Protection, Nazi medical war crimes, and a timeline of important historical events. You will also cover the requirements for federal support, the Belmont report, the Basic HHS Policy for Protection of Human Research Subjects.
