Steve Gallion

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Steve Gallion has been recognized by peers in IT, Healthcare Services, and Compliance, as an individual driven by passion and innovation. Along with his partners, Mr. Gallion has successfully green-fielded multiple companies from concept through acquisitions to Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Gallion has participated in publishing articles within his areas of expertise and has helped shaping regulatory legislation by working with multiple committees including city, state, and federal governments.

Jorge Fernandez

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Jorge Fernandez is a visionary leader who identifies the evolving needs of the marketplace, with a proven track record of exponential growth and profits. His approach to building client relationships has expanded the customer base while achieving a 98% customer retention. Mr. Fernandez has intimate knowledge and experience in healthcare marketing and sales, which integrates to perfection with his strong operational management.

Jonathan Wage

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Jonathan oversees all technology departments including IT, Systems, Software Engineering, and Product Development at MedTrainer. Jonathan is responsible for aligning the strategic vision of the company with the operational Technology Team. Before MedTrainer, he was the CTO for OpenSky.com which was acquired by Alibaba Group in 2018. Jonathan has been working in software and systems engineering for 20 years and is the author of one of the most popular PHP open-source projects, Doctrine, with over a billion downloads.

Ted Gottis

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF QUICKCRED

Ted Gottis is a federal and state Regulatory Affairs Specialist, with plenty of experience in the nonprofit and private sectors overseeing statutory and social compliance. Ted provides support to entities to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal laws to guarantee operations are being conducted in a socially responsible manner.

Amy Hegarty

VICE PRESIDENT SALES

Amy is responsible for all revenue related departments including New Acquisitions, Channel Partnerships, National Accounts and Account Management. Amy is the key lead tasked with building and driving MedTrainer’s core revenue strategic vision while also implementing an operationally excellent backbone for our teams to work with. Before MedTrainer, Amy held various executive roles at companies such as Zillow Group, Service Source, Comcast and AT&T over the course of her 15 years of experience with Sales, Customer Success and Operations.

Nathan Schlatter

HEAD OF FINANCE


As head of finance for MedTrainer, Mr. Schlatter is responsible for financial strategy, accounting, treasury, financial reporting, planning and analysis. Mr. Schlatter has more than 15 years’ experience in accounting, analysis and financial leadership roles with a variety of technology companies, ranging from startups to Boeing’s Satellite Systems division. Mr. Schlatter has presented at CFO conferences on the impacts that technologies are having on the role of the CFO. Prior to MedTrainer Mr. Schlatter was VP of Finance at Chrome River, a leading expense and invoice SAAS company which merged with Certify Inc.

Brian Williams

DIRECTOR OF COMPLIANCE AND REGULATORY AFFAIRS


Brian Williams has over 25 years of experience in the executive healthcare field. Mr. Williams has served on numerous regulatory committees including Infection Prevention and Environment of Care and Disaster Preparation. His personal experience with hospital disasters includes fire evacuation of a medical center in Arizona, the Los Angeles riots, and the Northridge Earthquake for which his team earned an Award of Excellence due to his leadership during this devastating event.
