Amanda has spent the past four years working with healthcare organizations to improve their compliance and credentialing processes. In 2023, Amanda was promoted to credentialing specialist and has completed credentialing in multiple states for hundreds of providers. She was instrumental in building checklists to collect required provider documents for dozens of commercial and government payers. Prior to MedTrainer, Amanda worked in customer service for six years. She loves to improve customer satisfaction through communication, support, and follow up.
