This course provides guidance to individuals, including managers and employees, so that they can prepare to respond to an active shooter situation. The course is written and developed for non-law enforcement employees but provides law enforcement officers information on recommended actions for employees confronted with an active shooter situation. Topics covered include preparing for active shooters, talking to the police, developing company emergency action plans, and how to recognize potentially violent behavior in staff and coworkers.
