*We’ll share the reward when your referral signs on as a client. Referrals with a monthly contract of $500 or more: up to a $450 donation or team reward. Referrals with a monthly contract under $500: up to a $250 donation or team reward.

REFERRAL PROGRAM FAQs
How do I refer someone?
Fill out the form above. We’ll review your submission and reach out to your contact directly. You must submit through this form to be eligible for the program.
Who can I refer?
Any colleague or healthcare organization you believe could benefit from MedTrainer’s learning, compliance, or credentialing solutions. Examples include urgent care centers, ASCs, dental practices, pharmacies, labs, mental health centers, physician offices, long-term care facilities, hospitals, FQHCs, and more.
How much is the thank-you reward?
For referrals that sign a monthly contract of $500 or more, you’ll receive a reward valued at up to $450. For contracts under $500/month, the reward is valued at up to $250. There is no limit to the number of people you can refer.
Note: If your total rewards exceed $600 in a calendar year, MedTrainer will request a W-9 form.
How do I choose my reward?
After your referral signs their contract, you’ll receive a confirmation email asking how you’d like us to say thank you — charity donation, team lunch via GrubHub, or a Starbucks gift card. You’ll have 30 days to respond and confirm your choice.
When do I receive my reward?
Rewards are sent by the end of the calendar month after your referred client makes their first payment to MedTrainer.
Does this violate the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS)?
No. MedTrainer does not fall under AKS regulations. Reach out to legal@medtrainer.com with any questions.
Can I refer a current or past MedTrainer client?
No. The program is for net new clients only — organizations that have never been MedTrainer clients and have never participated in a demo with us.
Will I get a reward for referring someone to multiple MedTrainer products?
You receive one reward per new client, regardless of how many products they sign up for. The reward amount is based solely on their total monthly contract value.
How will I know my referral was received?
You’ll get a confirmation email from us as soon as you submit the form.
Can I earn rewards for referrals made before the program launched?
No. Only referrals submitted through this form after February 22, 2022 are eligible.
