Before joining MedTrainer, Julieta worked for several years in customer service roles for technology companies. She loves her role and the satisfaction of completing credentialing faster to exceed customer expectations and make them happy. Currently, Julieta leads a team of credentialing specialists and together they identify and share best practices to become better. Julieta says her team is the driving force and the first line of support that brings new knowledge and constant improvement. She earned her degree from Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro and is currently studying psychology.
