Our platform is not built on AI, but we’ve used it to enhance existing workflows. For both our internal teams and clients, we encourage the use of AI in clearing the path to higher-impact work. A human should always remain in control, but AI can complete redundant manual tasks like searching and double-checking to free human time for judgement, creativity, relationships, and more.

In hiring, we use AI to help with tasks like writing job descriptions, transcribing notes, and sourcing candidates. But only humans decide who gets hired, rejected, or advanced.
