Can I set the approval workflow for incident reporting?

Yes, your organization will determine routing for completed incident reports. For example, some types of incidents may be escalated to one manager, while more serious incidents need to be routed to a director or even the legal team.

Can employees report incidents anonymously with MedTrainer?

Yes, users are able to create and submit anonymous incident reports that are automatically modified to eliminate the “signature of reporting person” field and to ensure user data is not available to anyone. The incident report will appear in the incident report summary and resolution notes while still keeping the reporter anonymous.

My organization uses the RACI method to resolve incidents. Does MedTrainer support this methodology?
