Deb Gavron, Esq. is an experienced compliance and privacy officer. With a background in law, Deb has managed legal compliance issues, developed comprehensive compliance programs, and provided leadership and guidance to employees in the healthcare sector. For the past 16 years, Deb has led compliance in several healthcare settings in Massachusetts. She served as Chief Compliance Officer at Reliant Medical Group, a physician-run multi-speciality organization with 2,500 employees. Since 2018, Deb has led compliance at Outer Cape Health Services, a federally qualified health center with more than 200 employees. Deb provides strategic and day-to-day guidance in the areas of compliance, privacy, risk management, risk prevention, and risk analysis. Deb earned her bachelor’s degree at Saint Michael’s College and her JD from the Massachusetts School of Law.
