Brian S. Williams, MHA, MBA, brings 30+ years of healthcare management and executive experience to the table. Brian holds a Masters of Health Administration from the University of Southern California, and an Executive Masters of Business Administration from The Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management with coursework completed at Oxford University, with significant emphasis on entrepreneurial finance.

Throughout his career in compliance, he has managed hundreds of healthcare workers across various department types and multiple locations. Having led teams through a multitude of challenges, including both natural and manmade emergencies, Brian has direct leadership experience in disaster response best practices and proactive strategies to simplify complex regulations and standards. Brian continues to be driven by a love of learning and empowering fellow compliance professionals to be successful.

Brian is a top contributor to MedTrainer compliance resources and a regular author of compliance-focused blogs on topics such as OSHA training for healthcare workers and OSHA compliance software, compliance management tools, Indian Health policy guidance. He has been a contributing subject matter expert on webinars covering a variety of compliance topics such as competency assessments.
