With hands-on expertise spanning all 50 states and multiple care settings, Joyce specializes in helping dynamic healthcare organizations streamline credentialing workflows, enhance reporting visibility, and achieve faster, more accurate compliance. Joyce works directly with healthcare organizations to understand their existing challenges and suggest solutions that help them work more efficiently.

Prior to joining MedTrainer, Joyce was a lead credentialing analyst where she established credentialing and recredentialing processes, performed credential file audits, and developed relationships with payers. Joyce has worked with licensed professionals in many care settings and guided thousands of providers through the credentialing process. Earlier in her career, Joyce spent five years in provider relations where she served as a primary liaison between providers and the organization, guiding practitioners through credentialing, recredentialing, revalidation, and enrollment requirements.
